The Master's degree in Dairy Science and Technology is a 2-year graduate programme that follows the 3-year Bachelor's programme in Food Science and a half-year dairy practice comprising a theoretical course – a study programme – and practice at two different companies/dairies.

The programme has been assembled in close collaboration with Danish dairy companies and the industry through teaching, excursions and company visits which makes an MSc in Dairy Science and Technology well-prepared to work in a vibrant and international life.
In 1921, the first MSc’s in Dairy Science and Technology were educated. The education is acknowledged and regularly updated in close collaboration with the industry as well as members of the Industry Group behind the education.
All master courses are taught in English and includes lectures, projects, teaching and practical experiments. The education concludes with your thesis which addresses relevant subjects in close collaboration with a company.
