DAIRY FORUM IS A STUDENT ORGANISATION AT UNIVERSITY OF COPENHAGEN INTERESTED IN DAIRY TECHNOLOGIES AND PRODUCTS. ITS COUNTS SEVERAL HUNDREDE MEMBERS AND COMMUNICATE VIA THEIR FACEBOOK PROFILE.
The Forum makes it possible to network and jointly discuss matters in connection with the
dairy industry. We go on field trips and hold career evenings in close cooperation with the industry – our future
employers. Whether you are a certified MSc in Dairy Science and Technology, are currently studying for your Bachelor’s
or Master’s degree or have just started to think about your education, you can always consider yourself welcome to join
The Association offers an excellent social network for students enrolled in the food and nutrition programmes at the
Frederiksberg campus and continuously hosts professional and social events.
For example, every other year we hold a well-planned field trip, with lots of exciting company visits and social
intercourse, and we take part in the dairy industry’s numerous industry events, e.g. the Danish Dairy Exhibition and the
Danish Dairy Day.
Cooperation with the industry
Dairy Forum cooperates closely with the companies and organisations in the dairy industry in a number of areas. It is
them that have established the Industry Group behind the Master’s Programme in Dairy Science and Technology, which
is actively backing the Programme as well as Dairy Forum.
It is their support that makes it possible for us at Dairy Forum to arrange exciting professional dairy activities allows us to
keep the cost of quite many of our events to a relatively modest level.
