Dairy engineer intern (mejeriingeniørpraktikant) for Applied RD, Fresh Dairy at Novonesis Hørsholm

Join us as our new Dairy Engineer Intern

We are looking for a highly motivated dairy engineer student who would like to explore the world of cultures and enzymes for dairy products. You will get experience with many different tasks within the applied dairy area, and you will work with great colleagues who know a lot within the field.

 

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

First part of the internship will be an introduction to the different application areas where you will take part in daily activities. After this, you will become part of the daily work in the Fresh Dairy Technical support department. Further, you will become part of a project for cultures or enzymes within Fresh dairy or a competence developing project, on a new or existing application, on existing cultures or enzymes, or new equipment.

 

The following tasks are part of your role with us:

  • Participate in planning activities, meetings around the defined project
  • Planning, designing, and conducting analysis in the lab. E.g. microbiology, pH, texture, and chemical composition
  • Planning, designing and producing dairy products
  • Collect and report results
  • Participate in sensory analysis/tasting of dairy products
  • Participate in production of milk bases for Fresh Dairy

 

To succeed you must hold:

We are a proud collaborator with Copenhagen University around these internships. This role is for you, who are an MSc Dairy Science and Technology student enrolled at Copenhagen University.
